I really love those big decadent looking Christmas cards that you can buy. The ones that have lots of foiling and layers and just feel very very expensive - and they usually are!
So I decided to try and make one of my own. The copper foil sheets that Stampin Up have really lend themselves to this type of project and make getting a luxury look easy and affordable.
I embossed mine with the snowflake embossing folder and it really does give the card a hammered metal feel which I love. Check out the little snowflake from the trim your stocking die set - its sooo cute. An I am pleased with the embossing on the foil which I really wasn't sure would work. I think it does though!
I will definitely be sending these cards out to friends and family this year.
